From collection and recycled-feedstock production to manufacturing and sales, we connect recovered resources to products that can be used again in logistics operations.

We do not stop at collection.
We connect it to reuse.
Collection is not simply moving waste. We value the complete route: returning sorted film to recycled feedstock and connecting it to a product with a viable end use.

Reduce the volume treated as waste
Sorted used film is reused as recycled feedstock, helping reduce the amount sent for incineration or disposal.
03PRODUCT RETURN
Products return to the workplace
Recovered resources are remade into stretch film and proposed for use in logistics, including at collection sites.

From film,
back to film.
Film is collected and reprocessed into feedstock in Japan, then converted at our partner film plant in Shanghai. In addition to sales in Japan, we are preparing for opportunities in China and the EU.

Partner plants in Japan sort and process the film into feedstock suitable for film production.

Film manufacturing
The recycled feedstock is sent to our partner film plant in Shanghai and made into products such as 60% recycled-content stretch film.

Sales and reuse
After quality checks, products are imported and sold in Japan, with expansion into China and the EU also in view.
COLLECTION CONDITIONS
Collection terms designed
to remain practical.
We do not impose one fixed collection schedule. Volume, region, storage method and packaging are reviewed before we propose sustainable terms.
Main collection area
We mainly cover Soka, Yashio, Adachi and Misato. Other areas can be discussed after reviewing volume and collection conditions.
Collection frequency
Frequency is agreed separately according to output volume, storage capacity and collection area.
Sorting requirements
Paper, string, labels and heavily soiled film can prevent reuse. Sorting rules are confirmed before service begins.
Collection and purchase terms
Terms are proposed individually based on quality, quantity, packaging and collection area.

The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) introduces requirements for plastic packaging, including recycled content and recyclability. Centred on our 60% recycled-content stretch film, we are organising feedstock-origin information, recycled-content calculations, quality data and supporting documents.
